Jeffery A. Zink

Dr. Jeffrey Zink is Co-President of V2LS, working as a highly acclaimed facilitator, executive coach and motivational speaker on ethics and leadership enrichment.

Jeffrey gained his theoretical knowledge of ethics and philosophy through undergraduate study at the University of  Pittsburgh, master’s work at the University of Southern California, and doctoral study at the University of Oxford, England, where he earned his doctorate in moral philosophy in just under 2½ years for his research into the morality of strategic nuclear deterrence. He refined that knowledge, both through thousands of hours in the classroom, teaching professional applied ethics, practical reasoning, and symbolic logic, and through three additional years as a student in various military professional development institutions. He retired as a lieutenant colonel in the US Air Force where he was a bombardier in B-52s and a Professor of Philosophy at the Air Force Academy.

Since 1994, Jeffrey has been sharing his knowledge on ethics and leadership enrichment with thousands of people in a wide range of audiences throughout the United States and Canada, as a speaker and executive life coach. His client list includes CleanMark of Canada, Pikes Peak National Bank, KB Home, Southwestern Energy, Nestlé Waters North America, Nestlé Canada, the Simmons Mattress Company, Agilent Technologies, Inc., and components of the U.S. Federal Government, including the Department of Defense and the Office of Personnel Management.

Jeffrey is the author of Hammer-Proof: A Practical Guide to Values-Based Leadership, Choices: Using Values Every Day, and From I to We: The Round Table Journey.
