Harold Howell is committed to equipping his clients to grow as individuals and teams to best serve themselves and their organizations. Trained in strategic planning, Harold has worked with the Department of Justice, National Credit Union Association, and various corporate clients to provide perspective and meaningful strategic plans to embrace the future. He has extensive experience coaching government leaders. He also has coached both corporate and non-profit leaders and teams toward higher levels of personal and professional success.

As a course designer and facilitator, Harold has delivered a number of leadership courses, including Conflict Resolution Skills, Extraordinary Leadership, Leadership for Non-Supervisors, Achieving Mission Results, Emerging Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Communicating Face-to-Face to thousands of government leaders. Many course participants have continued their developmental journey through being coached by Harold. His excellent coaching and facilitation skills consistently receive high evaluation scores and positive comments from his clients.

With over 25 years’ experience leading, training, and coaching, Harold’s major contributions are helping teams develop and become high-performing by blending and enhancing the strengths of the individual and team with the needs of the organization. He facilitates team growth through DISC, StrengthsFinder, Hermann, Hogan, and Enneagram assessments. His recent and current coaching (Social Security Administration, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Bureau of Reclamation, under the Department of Interior) has been praised as life-changing.

Harold is a professional coach trained and certified through both International Coach Federation and Gallup, and he recently trained to use Conversational Intelligence for Coaches, a certification program that uses a deeper understanding of brain neuroscience to facilitate better results for those he is coaching. Harold’s vision is to help clients find clarity for making life changes and becoming better leaders.
